what do women REALLY want in a man???

I find that i get bored with women somewhat easily. Perhaps, I would be better off if i understood what women really wanted from a man. I’m currently 22, and i’m dating a 26 year old fitness trainer. She is beautiful and I enjoy being around her, but she is superficial and we can’t have those deep conversations i like. Any tips? Is it possible to meet the woman of my dreams???
