What do I need for basic exercise routine at home after my baby's birth two weeks!?
I'm pregnant, but little before birth, and I want to get in shape after the baby is born. It's too cold here in winter, outside of exercise (in the summer I'll for long walks, biking and hiking), but in winter I think I would like to use a treadmill to run and then my DVD if I do yoga. I am slim / average woman and I have less than 20 pounds gained during my pregnancy, but I've always had saddlebags and cellulite and I also have hypothyroidism and wants to ensure only 22, so, care I not too long and that is make a realistic plan account I want a baby!
Initially, you should rest, especially if the baby as much as possible. For destinations in phases – Phase 1, when the baby is up every two hours – treadmill five or 10 minutes? Phase 2, if the baby is a beautiful morning and afternoon nap – Increased treadmill longer and / or add yoga DVD? Try not to do everything at once.
