Where can I read a good daily fitness blog for women?
I’m trying to tone up. Work out an hour everyday. I need to find a good motivational/ tips blog. Any suggestions?

I just need to get my bum in shape for summer. I’m not sure if I’m not seeing results because I’m checking every day or if I’m just not working out enough.
