I'm interested, but firming and slimming in some parts of my body, especially in my butt, my thighs and my abdomen. I want healthy and fit for the procession and I am not interested in bulking, I'm tips for working out or routine I can do, looking at my goal to achieve? The suggestions or answers, we are very thank you!
Start with your diet. The diet is not really the right word, should be what everyone eats, but still tries to eat all natural foods. As in lean meat (chicken, turkey, fish) more light / dark vegetables and fruits. Try each one for a target of 90 ounces of water Day I know it sounds a lot, but water alone can do wonders. If you are training for a full body workout does not always try to only certain areas, because these particular areas of assistance from other areas they do not need work. No lunges and squats, push-ups and push ups on a ball. Draw By doing this not to do reps and sets until you can not do it anymore. That every other day, so you will have your muscles a break in the middle. Fix your routine every week or every two weeks. Search pages of the magazine online health routines exercise usually have to do.
