How can a beautiful and glamorous as a Victoria Secret model or something? Being an "it" girl?

I high school educated at home to the majority and I have only one close friend. but soon I will go to college in the city of fashion in New England and want a new Look for a new me. I want to be beautiful and glamorous as a Victoria's Secret model or an "it girl", you know? Have you beauty, Social Nutrition, Fitness, or advice style? or any other suggestions? Well, I was very fat and had 30 pounds (loss of 5'3 and 160 pounds to 130) and I want another 10 pounds (lost for some healthy, good food and prepare to lose more than 12 months). I have a nice haircut, secondary changes long wavy bangs and sink when I go for it, but definitely need much more work. to improve any advice to help me that would be great. Thanks =]
