Some fitness advice needed…?

I’m 16, athletic guy and all that stuff. i just want to bulk up a little so i am just asking for a workout routine. just give me some things to do if i want to bulk up. make sure to include cardio, lifting (upper body and legs), abs and free weight stuff. all help is greatly appreciated. thank you!
P.S. dont just give me stuff to stay in shape. i want physical improvement… i got a girlfriend you know and she wants me to, “look like one of those abecrombie models.” lol so yea. thanks

Eat to live, not live to eat. It really is difficult to decide to eat healthy or not, it’s much easier to eat unhealthy. Junk food really tastes so much better and so delicious too, but after we eat it, we feel really, really guilty about eating all the unhealthy junk food. We should be eating to live, not living to eat.
