How long do people usually color of the work?

I dyed my coach as a Victoria Secret model and fitness. How time train each week? Do most of the daily training, alternating between the heart and weightlifting? How long are training for the day? EGO then I apologize for posting a similar question I have before, but still only one real answer.

not self-centered, but … I am very nice and tight, I train about 30 minutes each day, at least 10 minutes of abdominal different pushups, squats, lunges, etc. and at least 20 minutes Dancing, Running, etc all in 10 minutes throughout the day (oh, and three sets of 15 crunches, when I wake up and before bed.) you me elliptical / treadmill / bike 2x a week for 20-30 minutes … I look good. search for different variations of crunches, squats, etc.
