To get an overview on the group of career teachers and counselors to use the career cluster model. The Training Model Cluster Server simplifies sixteen (16) Training model Cluster Server. The center of the NCE Career Cluster model focuses on six (6) groups. The career clusters are color coded so you can present six (6) in large groups in school activities. The six (6) of the main groups are:

In the early years high school students use the student assessments to identify career areas of interest cluster. Using the model of cluster formation, brochure, Lisa Slices and resources, students have different career paths and opportunities explored post-secondary education. Students use, teachers, counselors, parents, and then the cluster plan of study for careers in strategic planning, high school students course work.
