I'm really keeps me motivated to keep lowering my rate body fat and very thin …. I'm starting to get to look in the mirror … awesome thinspo sites have really helped me get where I am … and I now see progress I keep def. .. not be very long and I look like a fitness model (by the way, I'm not trying to get the skin and bones, easy to lean / low fat body … Make exercise a ton … The running and so I have good tone and muscles) … Just curious what others think of thinspo sites out there?
Oh God, what are you doing? These sites are not good for your health! Personally, I think ar terrible, and it is suggested that all women look. You must have a diet and proper use of those sites. As for other sites on the Internet or in magazines for healthy eating and exercise of options. Please, I beg you to stop this.
