Fitness Model 2009

Health and Fitness question?
I weight about 125, I am 5’5″ and I’m 17 years old.
I have an interview with levi to model jeans and need to loose some weight and gain muscle. The interview is scheduled for sometime in May 2009.
I’ve been working out everyday for a few hours,
and I’ve been eating a lot less and only drinking water.
I want to loose ten lbs, and gain some muscle weight, and get better abs.
How can I achieve this in 2 months? Is it possible?
If i keep up what I am doing will I reach my goal?
Also, any good ab workouts??
You can reach your goals by eating healthy and exercising.
Your best bet for loosing weight is proper diet and exercise. You should be doing 30+ minutes of cardio per day (walk, run, bike, stair climber, elliptical). In addition you should also be doing some strength training to build muscle mass since lean muscle helps burn fat.
Your diet should include lean protein and plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables. You don’t have to give up the foods you love, you just need to learn portion control. There are no magic diets or pills that will do the work for you. You have to take it upon yourself to make the positive changes in your life to be healthier.
