I am a woman, who tend to build muscle mostly in the legs, where she works. I want it to look thinner.?

I tried yoga (with decent results) and Pilates (with-so-wonderful results.) I am looking for an alternative training suggestions, so I'm thinner thighs instead of ending muscley the quads and calves to acquire. This is not a weight problem. I can eat healthy foods and appropriate portions of 90% of the time. All suggestions are welcome.

Cycling would be ideal for you. I have the same problem, so I bought a recumbent bike (because they are easier on the back) and ran only for about an hour a day. There is no resistance, but as soon as I get up this time. My legs are now much thinner. Good luck!
