Is this here a good exercise bike to use for a cardio workout?

I got it because I wanted to have something to do while watching TV. So do you have one?? Do you use something similar to it??

I know that it tones muscle because everytime I use it my thighs and buttox are burning, I just want to know if its a good CARDIO workout because I don’t exercise that much anymore, so I need to exercise my heart. It’s very cold outside, so I really don’t wanted to work out outside.

How long should I use it for??? Like 15 -20 minutes??? I do this plus push-ups and set-ups…I’m trying to lose 20 pounds!! So do you have a routine for me??
I’m a female if that helps with anything…

If you bike 15-20 min is great.Also you have to do 400 sit ups a day,sets of 5-10-or 20.
