How much protein per day should have, I am a woman, 5'4, 148 lbs.?

I currently exercise 4-5 times per week, body Full strength training, I on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, I run every day and the turn I did the work. I try to reject and build muscle. How much protein should I? I have a whey shake (26g after) each training session. In search of an answer in grams per day. Thanks for all the great answers.

As a woman you do not need more than 0.5 grams per kilogram of body weight per day for the recovery goes. You can eat more but probably not necessary.
