I think I answered one of you have questions, but still like this: You have a great diet plan and an excellent training scheme, so that in five months, definitley will see in super, you're so young you have to go for that. Just a tip: directly after training eat extra. Immediately after train their muscles consume energy and need to stock up fuel. Just as two bananas and an extra extra Protien eat. Remember, you have one hour after exercise youre eating too much, because all the food that goes in the muscles rather than building them as fat. It is a useful trick that people use when they want to quickly build muscle tone. Good luck again.
