More Lean Muscle Please! I am 19, Female and weigh 9st. My fat mass is 12% and my BMI is 20?

I have quite a bit of lean muscle and look alot slimmer than i weigh but i feel like i’m stuck in a rut. I go to the gym 4 times a week and do cardio and i do 3 Body Pump classes a week too. I have well defined arms and back but would like better abs and thighs. I take the suppliment CLA and i have recently swiched to a high protien low carb diet. Can anyone help? Is there anything else i can do?

Best advice is to speak to one of the gym instructors at your gym. They will be able to advise how to build.
Howver, in general, if you want to build muscle, you need to do few reps (6-8) at heavier weights. As a guide, the last three reps should be very difficult. Body pump is great excercise and great for toning. But because you tend to do many reps, you are not likely to build.
