Is it okay to break my training all day?

I have two children, goes to school full time and work full time. I have no a time to make the most of the burning of fat in the tape and the end of my muscle groups problem. So some days I get up and get on my gazelle for 20 minutes and then abs and stuff at night before bed. On days when I need a big chunk of time, go to the gym and do the treadmill for 30 minutes, then legs, buttocks and abdomen. I just started this about a week or two hours and I really would like to continue, but I have not lost any weight so I wonder if it has not dissolved nothing to see. Of course I am a woman, 27, 5'4 and weighs 125th To lose weight, I really want in my mid-section … Abdomen, Hips and Butt. Actually, not so much weight, especially, like clay, but it is to lose a few pounds. Thoughts? THANK YOU!
