Female Muscle Drawing

Am I hallucinating this?
I see objects in front of me, usually just a square shape or a playing card or something. But it keeps changing shape fast and out of control of my mind, sometimes it becomes multidimensioinal in a way which is really hard to describe – but its such that I couldn’t draw it, its just impossible.
the thing is, I know its not real when its happening and I really enjoy watching it! Its like a show in front of my eyes.
what is it??
This might make it even more confusing, but one time this happened I think I lost consciousness, but in the moments before I felt all my muscle seizing up and I was paralyzed. But that time I was getting over a night of quite heavy drinking.
