You have to start well become a gym. and what kind of muscle you build you tried? big muscles? or simply define your muscles only. or both? To make your muscles big enough to lift heavier. Elevation easier for more definition. here is a very good bench press routine: Monday:, press curls, tri, washing and ironing, and refill a few lines of the factory. Tuesday: Squats, Hamstring Curl stop raises, good morning and take-offs usually either straight leg. then pull-ups and some lower factory. then again with these routines, so does every day except Saturdays and Sundays. are really very simple. you'll have to add exercises and things change to suit your needs. See but all working muscles in your body. eating too much protein.
