Headaches and cramping what could it be?

I am a 22 years old. I am with very bad headaches for almost a year. Also, with headache, my muscles were shaking and spasms before, during and after each headache. I went to a neurologist and he has the basic tests put me on a migraine prevention, to see if the headache, but he could not explain the seizure. So, for about six months since I have the drug for migraine started and did not work. So what could be causing this?
