Need help w / fitness weight loss program routine exercise for adult women?
I am an old woman who is 5'3 28yr 160th and I weigh all my strength in my part of the stomach and lower back. I want to lose 30 pounds in 20 to six months … in time for my wedding. : O) I need help with a program that I can do at home exercises with dumbbells (I also have a Kettle Bell) and an elliptical. My goals are: lose weight, tone arm and the lower the ABS () and build muscles in my buttocks. I want to know exactly what the exercises to do and when. I said, it is worth the 2 day work areas, for example, backs and arms in one day, legs and abs the next. Any advice would be helpful. ..
