How much weight training for each muscle group?

Ok, I am a 22 years old and have been working lately and concerned to include, such as strength training. I have the stomach muscles, legs and in one day, shoulders, back and chest the next day, and arms and walk on the third day ….. What my question is how much weight should I do exercises for each muscle group? For example, I have about three different exercises for my biceps (And two bicepcurls different machines that work in ur biceps) ive done about 3 sets of 12 done in each year, so about 9 sets of 12 for each muscle group ……. Is that good or am I can do about it? It is a set of 12 repetitions enough? Please help! Thanks!

Here are excellent! The way he is doing is good. Below is just something for you to try. I divided differently to the major muscle groups separately (at that can split is not bad, just different) 1) Chest + triceps Day 2) Back + Biceps Day 3) You can leg and abdominal Day to shoulder as feel. Try the large muscle groups first, because a heavier weight to use. 3.2 Types of doing 3 sets x 12 reps would be good. Choose the weight in the 12th representative should not do another rep with proper form. This means you can have a weight reduction of about 10-15% of each series. Try to choose a training slapped his thigh in different positions) the position (Normal), 2) stretched extended position (muslce), 3) contracted position (contracted muscle and position). Triceps in one example) EZ bar lying triceps extension (center position) 2) Seated behind the neck press dumbell triceps (extended) 3) triceps extension cable (contrancted position) to position dirrerent differnret muscle muscle group, is used for all the affected muscles. Change the selection of training from time to time. Your body needs time to adjust to a long training will be repeated. Take adequate rest. You need give your body, allow hypertrohly. Set achievable goals (in a few months) so motivated. And let me know if you won the Fitness Model.
