Female Bodybuilding Workouts

Any tips to stay on a diet to achieve the objectives that I help, my body building?
I am a 23 year-old are based workout, but I'm struggling with that part of the diet. All bodybuilders are veterans, I can give advice on nutrition. I try to lose fat and gain muscle. I find it very difficult to endure a diet when I have hungry all the time. I run about 5-8 miles a day and do weight training routine division 3-4 days per week.
It is for you to be hungry, because it burns a lot of your typical diet. In six months, my mother lost fifteen pounds because a diet low in carbohydrates (and that was without excersise!). Eating meat with salad and cut the bad carbs like white bread. good carbs are in order and not kill your self for great-tasting food. Replace sugar with Splenda. (Works!)
