Bodybuilding … Need help … I'm a girl … the second time you ask?

in 24 and one female. in pretty good, but now need help advance me. I have no time for a gym or the money for a personal trainer. besides wanting to lose weight. I know how to eat well, but not what to eat together. What food is the way I mix to create a greater calorie burn. I really do not do any weight lifting routine. I have a good job, physical labor. What I can do? What should I do? I have carpal tunnel syndrome, and CMT is a form of muscular dystrophy. I have also taken muscle milk for a while, but stopped and it has great energy aid and lifting at work. Do I have to go on? adivce everyone is welcome. Am a girl ….
