Learn How To Lose Your Belly Fat Today

In my experience, there is very little diet information on the web that is worth reading. Similarly, there is very little information about exercising on the web that is worth reading. Even in print, most of the books are not worth the money you spend on them.

However, there are exceptions. My aim is to make this website one of them.

In my first post, today, I am going to offer you a few ideas to get you started.

The first, and my favorite, is Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle. This ebook provides everything you need to know about losing fat while maintaining and even building muscle. Maintaining muscle while losing fat is the key to making weight loss stick. In fact, losing muscle while dieting is a sure ticket to poor health. This goes for women as well as men; indeed, since women have such a difficult time adding on even small amounts of muscle (FYI those Female Bodybuilders are either genetic freaks or on steroids) that losing muscle while dieting is a serious problem. If you want to lose that fat belly, concern yourself with maintaining muscle while you shed fat.

The second is Men’s Health. Men’s Health is an excellent print magazine, and the website is definitely worth its salt. Make sure you check out the forums. You’ll find a lot of really great people who will motivate you. Not only that, the forums also have some really useful “stickies” (forum postings that permanently site at the top of the forum).
