Mass marketing is no longer just a means of introduction and dissemination of products, but it does. These companies need Newspapers, magazines, radio, and not just to sell their products but to maintain its economic and political influence. The media are not neutral agents and traders, but essential cogs in the gigantic corporate machine, and each time they are not only necessary, but are owned by giants.3

The fourth part describes the health of children and their BMI. The fifth part of the study examined negative effects of advertising on the health of children 8-12 years.
Television is a major agent of socialization, is in the lives of children. Many ads on TV are the creations of the brilliant minds in order to persuade them that you want to buy the advertised products. Further evidence that marketing children is harmful. Almost every aspect of life of children affected by the latest trends in advertising. Research Links Advertising increased obesity and eating disorders in children, because they are vulnerable to persuasive messages. According to media scholar Gorge "Television is inevitable and continuous factor in the design, that what we are and what we will. "1
Children under eight are not able to understand critical messages Advertisement on television and are prone to accept advertiser messages as truthful, accurate and unbiased. This can lead to bad eating habits of today's youth how to sample. This is a critical problem for most common products marketed to kids cereals, candies, sweets, soft drinks and snacks. PROPAGANDA these unhealthy foods to children contributes to poor eating habits that last a lifetime and a variable in the current epidemic of obesity may, at kids.2
TELEVISION ADVERTISING
A consumer exposed to hundreds of advertisements each day. You can take the form of posters, newspapers, TV ads appear, etc. It is in fact a very structured applied communication, both verbal and nonverbal elements used to meet at certain times and certain size room stuffed by the sponsor. First, the Advertising is communication – a special type of communication. Traditionally, outdoor advertising particularly has been one way, But with new interactive technologies Today, the feedback from consumers to advertising messages in real time through the same channels as the sender. Most advertising is to convince be – To win converts to a product, service or idea. Some displays, such as legal ads are nothing more than inform, not to convince a must. But there are advertisements, as they meet the other requirements of definition.3
The issues surrounding advertising to children are on certain commercial campaigns primarily in relation to children for guidance. cold drinks ads often seen at sporting events and seen by millions of children, creating Brand Familiarity and motivation for the purchase of children. They were more than 15 TV commercials are exposed edible means a one-hour program and when watching TV four hours a day, they saw a product of advertising over 20 times in one session. This is known in any chart. Page 15 34
Advertising is persuasive and information on the influence the behavior of the audience. Advertising is also a marketing tool and can be combined with other marketing tools as sales promotion, personal selling tactics, advertising or use. But the real picture is different, depending on trimmer "Advertising is the art of all is outside half of the truth."
The impact of television advertising is the most greatest among children. Children as the oldest commercial television group, and are also deeply impressed by the catchy appearance providers affected their lives.
Advertising aimed at children is based on three aspects, first that advertising is supposed to promote a superficial and tangible property values and consumption founded. Second, children as consumers with no experience and an easy prey to the sophisticated power of persuasion by the advertiser. Thirdly, advertising influences children demand for everything from toys food.4 Snack
The role of advertising
Advertising plays an important role in the economic system of a country. Help the sale of ideas, goods and services. Advertising reflects and affects our way of life, and thus played an important role in society. The advertisement is so close to our lives, so communication is multidimensional needs of society. Business enterprises, trade unions, authorities and political leaders Advertising succeed to inform and convince people of their senses.
Kapoor are the four points of the role of advertising: First, the land of the gross national The product is larger and the standard of living is higher than normal. Advertising creates jobs with a greater variety of products, and improve product quality and increase the economy the country. Second, the argument that advertising Kapoor plays an important role in consumer information, more intelligent decisions on the market. Third reason for advertising is that the company, the production cost per unit of production is lower because advertising increases the demand for company production, so that advertising leads to more efficient use of resources in the economy. Finally, he says, advertising effects positive or negative effect on general masses of leaves, as well as children. These effects depend on the culture and changed environment.5
These four points are complete picture of advertising, advertisers want to reach. The same situation exists in Pakistan. So no one can be able to explore all aspects of advertising in this level, because many There are obstacles such as lack of resources, lack of time.
Children's Health
Each parent and noted acutely aware of the health of their children in society. But parents are more connected with their children in Pakistani society, because children are the future and help finance, if the parents retire. All parents want a good meal for their children to their health and can provide training, where he was a good citizen. Both parents work because they want to improve their of life, which is called non-graphical. Fourth Sometimes parents about children's activities see, what and when? Eat When and how they watch TV? Why are obese and at idle? 6
In fact, researchers explore the answer to all these questions, because these particular issues are connected to the study.
Health experts have linked to obesity, excessive television – a major health problem today. On television, children are inactive, to purchase such products. They are also bombarded with advertising messages, they buy and eat unhealthy food like chips, burgers, cakes, etc, and calories empty Snacks Soft drinks are often preferred to promote become. Indirect advertising relied too much effect on the health of children. Even when children watch four hours of quality educational programs on television in one day, that is, not exercising, reading, socializing, or spending time outside. But some studies have shown that the reduction to increase the amount of television watching by children in lower weight gain and lower body mass index, and place is not idle, for good its health.7
Body mass index (BMI)
Body Mass Index (BMI) is used to estimate the average weight healthy people. A BMI of 20-24 is suitable for most adults. A person with a BMI 25 to 29.9 is considered overweight, and a person with a BMI of 30 or more is considered obese. Obesity is associated with an increased risk of heart disease, diabetes and other life threatening diseases.
Body Mass Index (BMI) often used to determine the desirable body weight. BMI is a measure of weight in relation to adult height, and calculated as the metric weight by height split squared (kg/m2).
Body mass index is only a rough estimate of the desirable weight, but doctors see many other factors affect not only the weight amount. Weight alone is not an indicator of fat, as in the case of a bodybuilder, a high BMI due to a high percentage of muscle tissue, which weighs more than fat. Similarly, a person with a sedentary life in a weight range may be desirable, but have excess fatty tissue. However, the higher the BMI is greater risk of developing serious illnesses.
BMI Chart for Children
Body Mass Index (BMI) percentiles for boys, 2:00 to 20:00 years for your child to track the growth curve and see if they are underweight, overweight or just right.
BMI chart for girls
Mass Index (BMI percentile) for girls, two to twenty years, so that you follow the curve of growth to see if your child is underweight or overweight right fair.
What is fat?
Fats or lipids are nutrients in foods that the child's body to the nervous tissue (How to build the brain) and hormones used. The body uses fat as fuel. When fats are consumed, that children are not burned as energy or as building blocks that have Corps had stored in fat cells. This body is thinking ahead: By saving fat for future use, the Group plans for times when food might be scarce.
Fat is taste food and texture, but is also high in calories, and excessive amounts of fatty foods and excessive amounts of food can cause many health risks. For children and teens, desserts and snacks such as chips, chocolate, cakes, donuts, cakes and biscuits are an important source of fat. Kids also get fat from whole milk products and fatty meat, like roasts and spicy. Of course, fast food and takeaways to have more fat for cooking at home and likely as restaurants, fried in the highest fat content. Fat also often "hidden" in food as cream, cheese, butter or sauces or dressings.
Still, however, fat is an important part of a healthy diet when the children eat the right kinds fats in particular by certain species of fish in the recommended amounts. As in recent years, carbohydrates, fats have been wrongly accused of "bad." Although some are definitely better than others, certain types of fat very good for teenagers and children is an important part of a healthy diet.
Obesity increases the risk of disease to develop. According to the National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases, nearly 70 percent of cases of heart disease in the United States United are linked excess of overweight and obese more than twice as likely to develop hypertension. The risk of medical complications, especially communicable diseases the heart, increases when body fat is the waist, especially in the abdomen. This type of distribution of upper body fat is more common in men than in women.8
Causes of obesity
A calorie is a measure of the energy value of food and energy by bodies are used to maintain the normal functions of measurement. If the calories of food intake of calories consumed, body weight remains the same constant. But if a person consumes more calories than your body needs, the body stores these extra calories as fat, so weight gain later.
Obesity medical condition, characterized by the storage of excess body fat. The human body naturally fat deposits under the skin and around organs and joints. Fat is essential for good health because it is a source of energy if the body does not have the energy to maintain vital processes, and provides isolation and protection of internal organs. But the accumulation of excess body fat is associated with a variety of health problems. Studies show that people who have overweight or obese are at greater risk of developing diabetes mellitus, hypertension, heart disease, stroke, arthritis and certain forms of cancer.9
The causes of obesity are complex and involve several factors. Basically, obesity occurs when a person eats more calories than your body burns. Children have a probability of 80 percent of obese if their parents are overweight. can be obtained from obesity in childhood and adolescence:
i) poor eating habits
ii) overeating habits
iii) the unnecessary use of cold drinks
iv) Food Non-Food Nutrition
v) food away from home
The proportion of overweight children is increasing at an alarming rate. In general, children were spending less time on homework and more time watching television and computers. And today's busy families have less free time for nutritious, well, homemade meals every day prepared. From fast food to electronics, quickly and easily find the mindset of many people, young and old seem to be in the new millennium.
IMPACT OF ADVERTISING
style Modern life has frozen the family size in Pakistani society. nuclear family is the common family. Lifestyle in urban Pakistan trends (increased incomes, longer working hours, more working mothers and fathers time-poor/cash-rich) tend to their families, leading the child in support of television and increased food consumption is not necessary. In addition, the advertising industry seems irresistible junk food.
Children watch much TV, have difficulty to concentrate in school because they serve to ensure that all the answers, rather than asked to think about issues. If children are watching television less grow your imagination.
Unfortunately, children are not characteristic of leadership, what to do, taking into account. The media does not fulfill its full role in promoting the rights of children and the difficulties they face in society. The authorities of the Pakistan Television ignore this page and can not design software for the needs of children.
Impact on child health
James suggests that "obesity children caused by foods high in fat and low in fiber. When children eat these foods, insulin not only increases the impact of the pleasure chemical dopamine (What the child wants to eat more of the same), but also reduces the effects of hormone leptons, what the child wants to eat more and less active "10
TV also has a negative impact and caused problems in the eyes. It stops children from going out and playing with friends. The publicity, buy things, but not necessary. You can make them tired and not concentrating on their lessons.
LEAVE bad habits
Gerbner, said professionals in many media Western countries, being deeply concerned about the continued context of commercial television. They argue that advertising to make an impact on society, especially the health of children and television advertising is not going in the air without reason.11
The effects of television on children has received much attention. Research suggests suggests that children see television advertising as a form of programming and the critical response to their messages, which makes them particularly susceptible to advertising. There is also concern about how children respond to advertising. Research shows that many children are influenced unduly by this standard of health, are with their own body dissatisfaction and eating disorders may develop in the search for a slim figure. Advertise affect daily life and eating habits, etc. Children and adolescents influenced, consciously or unconsciously get through advertising, Pakistan Television.

Especially children are only means, just television addiction is more than 60%, that means watching TV five hours a day, viewers are heavy. After / during television commercials, most demanding children means Coca-Cola beverages, DES, these developed habits Pepsi unhealthy children. Some children between the ages of 10-12 are trying the same action, mimic seen the ads that are dangerous to their lives.
The data from this study shows that increased fat in the human body, especially in children, if you regularly drink these products. Increased body fat is not for me sign, because fat causes obesity-related diseases and hearing. Children are over weight according to age and height, because regular use these cold drinks and fried foods meat outside the house with their parents or elders.
Children under weight according to their BMI, it is because of his eating disorder. They believe that when we eat and drink more than others have good muscles, but their stomachs do not digest these foods properly, eating disorder increases and decreases after a few months his weight. He is only for her eating disorder. You see that is a shell of milk powder ads healthy because he / she drink milk that is bought and to drink the milk but do not know the actual image.
