I used to do NPC figure shows. Theyre like Bodybuilding but instead of being judged on being big and muscular you are being judged on athletic tone and still looking like a female. I stopped doing them when I got burnt out and gained alot of weight back. (u can see how i look by going to my last question i posted) Anyways, I really cant afford a personal trainer and I just want to know what you do to keep good muscle tone. I really just want to tone my legs and abs up a bit. If you could share some excersises you do, and how many reps you do, that’d be very appreciated.

For legs I do squats, dead lifts and lunges. If you want to stay toned just do high reps 10-12 with a lighter weight, I go for the muscle so I do low reps with heavy weight 6-8 reps.
